How long will my order take?
Depends on where you live. Orders within the UK, usually take around 5-10 working days to arrive from when you place your order. If you live in Europe, the wait is usually 10-14 working days. With the US it takes around 10-20 working days and with Australian orders; they can sometimes take a month. Items are shipped Second Class (UK only) and Airmail (Overseas).
How long shall I wait for my order before I send a nagging email?
Again, depends on where you are. The above isn't gospel truth, but it's an indication of how long items can take to get to you. I am a one man packing machine and sometimes orders can take a little bit longer to go out. If your order hasn't arrived by the allocated time, I would say just hang on an extra week before giving me an email or checking with your local post office to see if they have anything waiting for you. If that fails, shoot me a mail.
My book is damaged! How dare you!
Woah, sorry about that! All orders are shipped in the best/most suitable packaging, so something must have gone wrong along the way. No problems, just get in touch.
My books have turned up but where's my poster?
Posters are shipped separately due to the fact they are sent in tubes. Chances are your order should arrive together but in separate packages. Again, if this isn't the case, please let me know.
Can you sign/dedicate the books?
Sure thing! Just let me know upon check out in the "instructions" box. Failing that, drop me an email.
Are you currently taking on commissions?
Not right now, no. I've got a bajillion things stacked up. However, watch this space or my Twitter for updates.
Yes! Get in touch.
Do you have any plans to reprint Venal Muse/Sad Girls For Life/"Insert old mini comic name here"
No, not really. I like to keep looking to the future with my mini comics and keeping older items in stock can be costly. I do try and put all my out of print comics online once their shelf life has expired.
What about Polar Opposites, is there going to be more?
Yeah, eventually. Watch this space!
Where can I buy copies of Love The Way You Love, CBGB's and anything else you've done for "proper" publishers?
I've made a handy Amazon list which lists everything I've been in. Failing that, you should speak to your local comic or book store, quoting the ISBN's listed here.
Original Art FAQ
Are these the only pages you have for sale?
God, no. I have so much artwork for sale, it's kind of silly.
So is X available ? Can I buy it off you now?
Sure thing. The best way is to send me an email (click the Contact Me button on the left) to see if a) the page you want is available and b) how much it would cost.
Are you ever going to sell any Ellerbisms pages?
This is tricky as 200 of the strips are actually in moleskin sketchbooks. I have around 20 strips on loose bristol board but am currently saving them for a Top Secret Thing. So the answer is yes, but not right now.
General T-Shirt information
T-shirts are printed on Fruit of the Loom Valueweight t-shirts. Like with all my screenprinting they were printed by the lovely chaps at Phantom Screenprint.
The size of the t-shirts are below, but as they're Fruit of the Loom, they've got a bit of give, so if you're generally a small when you shop in H&M or when you buy band t-shirts, a small in this design would fit you absolutley fine.
Mens
Ash Grey - 99% cotton,1% polyester
Ladies
White - 100% cotton.
Exchanges .
I want you to be happy with your purchase, although if you feel you've bought the wrong t-shirt size I will happily replace it. Exchanging a t-shirt is free, however you will have to pay postage on returning the item to me and the cost of sending it back. It will cost £2 to exchange an item in the UK and £4 outside the UK.
Your t-shirt should not be damaged in anyway, however if one has slipped through the eyes of quality control then please drop me a line (use the contact page to the right hand side) and I will happily rectify this mistake. No charge is issued on replacing damaged stock.
I am sorry that I won't be able to refund your t-shirt because "it's not what you thought it was".
